Job Summary
Salary range: $35.20-$45 per hour depending on years of experience.
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Part-time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse Lead Medication Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Roxbury Correctional Institution (RCI)located in Hagerstown Maryland.
The Lead Medication LPN dispenses and administers oral inhalation and topical medications to patients. This person also takes vital signs assists in examination and treatment and with activities of daily living.
Available shift: Day shift 16 hours per week with rotating weekends
Qualifications
- Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of one year of work experience as a LPN in a community outpatient clinic hospital or long-term care facility preferred
- Experience working in corrections preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
