About the job: Trading Manager (Makati) Onsite
Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026
Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off
Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)
Responsibilities:
- Collection transformation to actionable insight and communication of relevant data for
commercial marketing planning inventory and operations partner teams. Specific insight into local customer mindset and competition is required. Processing of any updates is required. - Timely and effective communication to stores to enable excellent merchandise execution.
- Provide data-driven performance updates at regular intervals to inform and align the in-country team with global teams and foster continuous improvement for Philippine customers.
- Ensure all product attributes are accurately maintained.
- Analyses sales data market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing time zones and tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Forecast planning of products that should be in the market merchandising
- 10 years of experience in a similar role or as a merchandiser in the local retail industry with experience in handling international brands
- Bachelors degree
- Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
