TheStatewide Staffing Consultantcreates detailed roadmaps illustrating staffing strategies and opportunities designed to meet or exceed client goals. This person identifies appropriate candidates for targeted roles and liaises between all parties to ensure open communication. This person also fosters strong client relationships to create future business opportunities.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in business administration human resources or a related field plus experience in a related role
- Prior experience with staffing recruitment or human resources
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Technically skilled in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Teams
- Must have ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
