Automotive Sales Consultant Compensation and Benefits:

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customers automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Negotiate and close sales ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the specifications features and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
  • Other duties assigned

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:

  • Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
