The Overnight Back of House Team Member will have the primary responsibility of properly preparing a variety of food products for the upcoming days use. These tasks may include: chopping produce assembling products preparing raw chicken ensuring proper stock rotation (First In - First Out) and washing dishes. Other tasks may include general cleaning station setup and receiving/unloading deliveries. May require lifting up to 50lbs.
This position is intended to supplement our regular kitchen teams by completing essential tasks outside of regular business hours and must maintain regular communication with Station Leaders to effectively perform the required tasks.
