QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Executive Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for C-suite executives ensuring accurate scheduling prioritization and coordination of meetings events and travel.
- Administrative Support:
- Compose and prepare professional correspondence including confidential materials.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and maintain official records for the Board of Directors and administrative departments.
- Arrange detailed travel plans conference calls and compile itineraries agendas and supporting documents.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and execute high-level projects such as:
- Feasibility studies
- Proposals and surveys
- Reports and policy development
- Records Management: Develop and maintain accurate calendars official board and administrative records documents and files.
- Special Projects & Events: Participate in and coordinate special projects and organizational events as assigned.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive-level administrative support and project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience conducting research and preparing reports for leadership.
- Familiarity with HR Finance Compliance and Quality Improvement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
