The Senior HR Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the HR function while ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our physical office space. This role also coordinates organizational travel needs and contributes to a positive well-supported employee experience. The Senior HR Coordinator is a key partner in maintaining HR processes supporting employee engagement and reinforcing a productive workplace environment.

Salary Range
$55000 $60000 annually
Note: Compensation is based on a candidates experience skills education and geographic range is based on Washington (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.
Work Location
Hybrid with an office in Old Town Alexandria; this position will be requiredto be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week with Tuesday as the anchor day.
