Job Summary
- Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering UX/UI and operations teams to design build and launch new features.
- Gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions and measure success.
- Conduct user research gather feedback and iterate on product enhancements.
- Prioritize features based on business impact feasibility and customer feedback.
- Ensure seamless integration of thirdparty tools and technologies where necessary.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize for efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing sales and customer support to ensure product adoption and engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in product management preferably within logistics transportation or supply chain sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in an agile development environment.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customercentric product development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks.
- Experience with ERP systems dashboards and mobile applications is required.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
