We are now looking for a Guest Relations Agent.

Skills & qualifications needed

Proven experience in guest relations or customer experience field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

A proactive problem-solver with a guest-first mindset.

Team player with a collaborative spirit and adaptability.

Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Flexibility to work both morning / evening and weekends.

Responsibilities

Contribute to all stages of the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.

Be the primary point of contact for VIP guests and suite guests delivering personalized experiences.

Review VIP arrival lists and prepare amenities and preferences accordingly.

Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally both online and offline.

Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency ensuring satisfaction.

Follow up with guests after departure to gather feedback and foster loyalty.

Maintain stock levels of VIP amenities gifts and suite wines.
