Join us as an Operations Coordinator with Maersk Training in Stavanger and play a key part in delivering exceptional training experiences. This is a diverse position that combines course administration customer service and operational support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage course bookings and scheduling for open courses and bespoke training.

• Publish courses in internal systems and ensure accurate information is maintained.

• Send course materials to participants and trainers in a timely manner.

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Plan and coordinate course deliveries including resource allocation and canteen orders.

• Update templates and archive documents to maintain compliance and organization.

• Coordinate with IT for training laptop setup and troubleshooting.

• Ensure smooth technical support during training sessions.

• Collaborate with the Business Support team in Chennai to ensure seamless operations.

• Contribute to process improvements and maintain high service standards.

• Fluent in English and Norwegian both verbally and in writing
