The Client: Our client is a growing Healthcare organization based in Florida that offers its employees a great work/life balance top-rated management and a low turnover rate.

The Position The ideal candidate will be able to implement and maintain company protocols within the operations. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally as a servant leader.

$60000-$75000 annual salary

Responsibilities:

Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
Streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
Managing patient experience and driving the KPIs.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Leading and mentoring a dedicated team.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.
Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy productivity and reliability.
Manage the daily functions of the business/oversee the location.

The resident must reside within 45 miles of the office.
