Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Drive Competitive Sales Growth by identifying and prioritizing high-potential healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders who influence prescription decisions.
Engage and Build Relationships through value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer challenges and opportunities.
Personalize Customer Engagement by leveraging multiple channels and tailoring interactions to customer preferences.
Deliver Memorable Customer Experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
Develop Deep Customer Insights by gathering and sharing feedback to create value and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
Act as a Trusted Partner to HCPs building long-term compliant and ethical relationships that create value.
Live by Sandoz Code of Ethics by acting with integrity honesty and transparency in all interactions.
What youll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Medicine or a related discipline.
2-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
Strong capability to conduct value-based conversations and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and engaging through multiple channels.
