Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills (French Italian or Swiss-German).
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of banking or technology solutions.
- Certifications or advanced training in sales or account management.
