Description Call Center Customer Service Representative

As a representative of our valued clients you will primarily work with ATT customers providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service.
- Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.

SHIFT:
Available shifts may include flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Requirements - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
