Job Description:

The Service Center Greeter welcomes customers assists with check-in and scheduling appointments verifies required documents processes select applications answers general questions and supports additional tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Cedar Rapids Drivers License Service Center Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for all visitors. This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival assisting with check-in for scheduled appointments and coordinating same-day or future appointments as needed. The role ensures that customers have all the required documentation for their visit and provides guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in customers for scheduled appointments in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling same-day or future appointments ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify that customers have all necessary documents and provide clear instructions when additional information is required.
• Process and review select customer applications for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding procedures requirements and available services.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
