Role Purpose

The VP Digital and AI United States is responsible for scaling and strengthening Ensonos Digital and AI consulting capability in the US market building on an existing foundation and accelerating its growth and impact.

Working in close partnership with our SVP of Digital and Consulting and global Digital and AI leadership this role focuses on shaping offerings expanding market adoption and establishing consistent delivery and gotomarket execution. The role is highly clientfacing and plays a key part in translating Ensonos global capabilities into meaningful outcomes for US clients.

Key Accountabilities

• Build on the existing Digital and AI consulting foundation in the USscaling capabilities offerings and delivery capacityin line with global strategy.
• Partner closely with theSVP and global consulting leadershipto align priorities execution and investment decisions.
• Help shape and evolve theUS Digital and AI consulting portfolio including application modernization data and AI and identityled transformation.
• Collaborate with Sales Industry and Account leaders toexpand pipeline support strategic pursuits and convert early success into repeatable growth.
• Act as asenior executive sponsor and trusted advisorto clients engaging at Csuite level and strengthening Ensonos consulting credibility.
• Contribute to the development and adoption ofoperating models delivery standards and governance aligned with Ensonos global consulting framework.
• Support thedevelopment and mentoring of consulting leaders and delivery teams ensuring depth consistency and scalability as the practice grows.
• Provide ongoingmarket insight and client feedbackto inform the continued evolution of Ensonos global Digital and AI consulting strategy.

Knowledge Skills & Experience

• Senior executive experience leadingdigital AI application or enterprise technology initiativeswithin a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven experiencescaling consulting capabilities or practices particularly in growth or expansion phases.
• Strong understanding ofmodern digital transformation spanning applications data & AI and identity.
• Background inenterprise and legacy application modernization including hybrid and regulated environments.
• Experience shapinggotomarket approachesand working in close partnership with sales organizations.
• Executivelevel client leadership skills with the ability to influence atCsuite and board level.
• Experience operating withinglobal delivery and multigeography models.

Preferred / Differentiating Experience

• Experience extending consulting offerings into adjacent areas such asAIOps intelligent automation or AIenabled platforms.
• Familiarity withmainframeadjacent or largescale legacy environmentswithin broader modernization programs.
• Exposure toadvisoryled or strategytoexecution engagements.
• Industry experience infinancial services insurance healthcare or public sector.
• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering business or related field;MBA or Masters preferred.

As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $225000 to $280000annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills experience internal equity and business addition to base salary other compensation programs depending on eligibility include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
