Deputy Childrens Home Manager (Level 3) Residential Care
This childrens home provides therapeutic care for young people with complex needs including those with EBD in a structured and supportive environment. As Deputy Manager you will work alongside the Home Manager to lead staff oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care. The role includes career progression and support to complete a Level 5 qualification.
Before You Apply

- A full Level 3 qualification (or above) in childrens residential care is required.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car is essential.
