Role: Management Trainee Total Rewards
Location: Noida (India)
Shift: Australia Shift
Function: HR Operations Total Rewards
Responsibilities
1. Compensation Processing & Support
Support day-to-day Australia Compensation and Rewards activities including new hire compensation setup salary updates job change entries basic validations and other rewards (LSA etc.)
Assist in entering compensation-related data accurately in HRIS (Workday/SuccessFactors).
Ensure adherence to compensation guidelines pay structures and governance standards.
Understand comp ratio and YOY pay comparison
2. Audit Validation & Quality Checks
Validate pay components job codes and basic compensation triggers before workflow submission.
Maintain documentation required for compliance reviews and audit readiness.
3. Reporting & Data Management
Support preparation of weekly/monthly/annual reports on compensation transactions.
Assist in basic data analysis such as deviations missing data and exception identification.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
Participate in process improvement discussions and propose ideas to streamline data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/Post-graduate in HR Business Administration Commerce Finance or related field.
Good number of relevant years of experience (internships/projects acceptable) in HR operations compensation payroll or data management.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP pivot tables formatting validations.
Exposure to HRIS such as Workday/SuccessFactors (added advantage).
Experience/internship in shared services or AU HR operations preferred.
Interest in compensation HR analytics and data-driven HR processes.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong attention to detail and reliability in managing sensitive pay data.
Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with global stakeholders.
Ability to learn quickly adapt to structured processes and work under AU timelines.
Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand data patterns and root causes.
High level of integrity confidentiality and discipline in handling employee data
