Multiple Positions Available:

design and equipment submittal review for new Data Centers in your region.
conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create Corrective Action (CA) documentation for site/equipment failures.
support operational issues with ad-hoc training complex operating procedure reviews including critical equipment and event support.
the conceptual design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions which add capacity improve availability increase efficiency and sustainability.
with internal data center operations team data center design engineering team server hardware team environmental health and safety team to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered.
innovative solutions for AWSs data centers.
on concurrent projects sometimes in multiple geographical regions.
and lead engineering audits including on-site visits within Amazons data centers. Produce reports outlining risks with recommended mitigations and remediations.
as resident engineer during new construction projects. Support construction commissioning and turnover.
travel up to 20% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

40 hours / week 8:00am-5:00pm Salary Range $134 300- $185000 (yr).

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 3 years of experience in job offered or in related occupation.

Experience must include:

3 years of experience with industrial municipal or commercial engineering including but not limited to the following sectors: data centers power generation oil/gas facilities.

The pay range for this position in Santa Clara CA is $134 300- $185000 (yr); however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
