Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team inHartland MI. As a Care Assistant you will provide essential support to our clients ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.
Requirements
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to assist clients with physical tasks safely and respectfully.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Own transportation to make it the to clients home.
