Job Description:

• Handling all day-to-day shipping functions including packaging labeling and communicating with freight forwarders for pickups.
• Creating the documentation required for export compliance.
• Receiving and processing production expense RMA (returned material) and virtual items.
• Participating in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency cost-reduction inventory reduction inventory turns and quality.
• Monitoring key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.
• Evaluating problems and making initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
• Other projects duties or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• US Person (ITAR requirement).
• 5 years of experience in warehousing / shipping / receiving / distribution including knowledge of UPS and FedEx online shipping system.
• International and freight forwarding shipping with export regulations. Possesses dangerous goods certification or willing to get certified. Experience filing with AES for international shipments.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adhere to schedules follow instructions and work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
