The Senior Manager Digital Store (Web and App) supports QVC UK leading the strategy and execution of our digital commerce channels to drive commercial growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Youll be a key member of the Platforms Digital Store team working closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of QVCs app and website.
Where Youll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park West London 2 days per week. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
What Youll Do
- You will provide strong leadership to the Digital Store trading teams setting high standards for performance collaboration and accountability.
- Youll drive digital strategy and execution ensuring our app and website deliver a compelling customer journey and meet commercial targets.
- You will oversee digital promotions activity schedules and BAT (Buy Anytime Transactions) forecasting working closely with Planning and Buying teams.
- Youll continuously review and optimise digital execution benchmarking against competitors to ensure QVC remains agile and innovative.
- You will champion best practice coaching and developing team members to create a high-performing and inclusive environment.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Proven experience in digital sales management retail or global merchandising at a senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen strategic thinking and people leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
