Job Summary
Responsibilities:
$80 per visit (up to 2 hours)
Field Supervisory Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to clients homes to ensure the quality of care provided by caregivers meets company standards.
- Evaluate caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the clients care to ensure continuity and quality of services.
Medical Assessments for New Clients:
- Perform comprehensive medical assessments for new clients to determine their healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Communicate assessment findings and care plans effectively with the interdisciplinary team including caregivers clients and their families.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client assessments supervisory visits and training sessions.
- Generate reports as required by regulatory agencies and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop individualized care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in computer skills including electronic medical records systems.
- Current CPR/1st Aid certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
Supervisory visits: paid on a per visit basis
Mileage reimbursement for travel related to supervisory visits and assessments
Schedule:Part-time flexible schedule
