Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Internet Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. Our internet sales team is highly regarded for managing the bulk of leads in our dealership. Working on our internet team provides an opportunity to work with many customers every month across various channels. Team members are expected to handle each lead individually providing exceptional customer service from lead conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience knowledge ofCRM tools and the ability to build professional business addition a proven track record in sales communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to prioritize and stay organized are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads
- Respond to emails in a professional well-spoken manner
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer service for an exceptional guest experience
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other team members sales personnel and departments promptly
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Time management prioritization skills and ability to multitask required
- Ambitious with a goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening Motor Vehicle Record check and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
- This position is In-House (NOT) Remote
