Position Role: Responsible to SO1 Engt for the delivery of Engagement activities within the JMC in accordance with the ECO Plan Bde Plan and FoE.
Responsibilities: 1. Support and advise on the development resourcing and refinement of the long term Engt plan and Bde FoE. BPT deputise for SO1 Engt. 2. Deliver/execute priority Engt projects and activities as tasked by SO1 Engt working in collaboration with G1-9 staff. 3. Deliver the tactical engt programme deconflicting and coordinating with external stakeholders in the AOR (RC Engt RG RN RAF Army Comms H and L RFCAs Field Army units and RHQ SCOTS). 4. Influence stakeholders using appropriate negotiation mediation and persuasion skills. Develop and maintain understanding of target JMC Audiences. 5. Support DComd in the delivery of Employer Engagement incl Employer Recognition Scheme REEB and Secretary of the REEB WG. 5. Share relevant information and Engagement best practice with HQ RC JMC units and relevant stakeholders. BPT to facilitate or deliver Engt Trg. Advise JMC units on outputs and priorities as appropriate. 7. Deliver the application of UCE tool providing common Engt operating picture measure CE activity and effect to incl the assurance of unit and staff. 8. Officer Commanding the Regional Engagement Officers and Regional Engagement Team(RET) for all aspects G1-G9. |
