Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support middle and high school students in a school-based environment. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating diagnosing and treating speech language and communication disorders to promote students academic achievement and social development.

This position is open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and requires strong proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate diagnose and treat speech language and communication disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide therapy services to middle and high schoolaged students
Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary school teams
Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations and progress notes
Participate in meetings and contribute to student support planning
Utilize American Sign Language (ASL) to support student communication needs

Qualifications

Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong communication organizational and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with adolescent students
