As a Senior Compensation Advisor you will play a key role in consulting with stakeholders leading high-impact projects and supporting recognition and compensation initiatives that influence our total rewards philosophy and help us attract and retain top talent. Your Impact:

• Advise business leaders and HR partners by delivering actionable compensation consulting enabling informed talent and pay decisions.

• Lead and manage significant compensation projects that improve pay programs processes or policies driving measurable business results.

• Support and enhance employee recognition programs contributing to a culture of engagement and performance.

• Strengthen our compensation programs by ensuring timely and accurate compensation planning market data analysis and survey submissions helping maintain Freddie Macs competitive position in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• 57 years of compensation experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding projects

• Proficiency in compensation administration using HR information systems (e.g. Workday)

• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or commitment to pursuing certification preferred
