Capitol Chevrolet is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a strong finance background and proven used car leadership experience. This role is critical to driving profitability developing talent and maximizing every opportunity on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize deal structure gross and lender relationships on every transaction
- Desk deals structure payments and support the sales team throughout the process
- Train coach and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios and product knowledge
- Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth compliant and profitable deal flow
- Lead by example with professionalism urgency and accountability
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance (F&I) experience
- Minimum 2 years as a Used Car Manager
- Proven ability to maximize deals while maintaining compliance
- Experience training and motivating a sales team to hit volume and gross objectives
