Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• At least 5 years of clinical business or technology experience required 3 years of experience supporting IS Applications and managing technical projects required. 2 years previous work experience in an acute care hospital strongly preferred. Specific experience with hospital administrative clinical and financial systems is strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of application systems and tools required. Proficiency in project management process and tools required. Strong skills and abilities in system analysis issues management troubleshooting training and technical project scoping required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects concurrently in a highly visible and fast paced environment while exercising independent judgment in resolving problems. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems or difficulties while retaining strong and effective working relationships staying calm and objective under the stress of deadlines and obstacles. Strong documentation skill and experience with user training required Must be able to communicate with individuals and groups representing all levels of the organization. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server MS Access databases preferred. Proficiency in one or more technology and tool sets (e.g. web based reporting SQL MS Access Crystal Tableau Power BI Microsoft Visual Studio XML and HL7) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) required. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or agile project management certification preferred.
