The Rehancement Group Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Senior Administrative Services Manager to provide support to the United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) supporting the Military Communications (MilComm) and Positioning Navigation and Timing (PNT) mission areas.
Customer and Scope Overview
The customer is the United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) supporting the Military Communications (MilComm) and Positioning Navigation and Timing (PNT) mission areas. SSC manages the acquisition and sustainment of space systems that provide assured communications and navigation capabilities to the warfighter. Under this effort the contractor supports SSC leadership program offices and contracting organizations with administrative services acquisition support executive assistance and analytical support. The work focuses on day-to-day administrative operations personnel and records support acquisition and procurement lifecycle assistance executive coordination and administrative analysis. Contractor personnel perform these functions in a supporting and advisory role helping Government teams manage workload maintain documentation and execute mission requirements without performing inherently governmental functions.

Role Description:
Provides senior-level administrative management and advisory support by directing and coordinating administrative services personnel support activities records management and internal administrative processes in support of SSC MilComm & PNT organizations.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and oversee administrative services supporting Government leadership and program offices.
- Manage personnel administrative support activities including onboarding offboarding in-processing out-processing and access coordination.
- Oversee administrative records management correspondence control and document tracking to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Develop standardize and maintain administrative procedures templates and workflows.
Coordinate meeting logistics agenda development minutes preparation and action item tracking. - Review administrative deliverables for completeness accuracy and quality prior to submission.
- Prepare administrative reports summaries and performance metrics for Government review.
- Monitor administrative workloads identify risks or gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison between Government personnel and contractor staff.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Work history in DOW Air Force and/or Space Force is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Secret Security clearance is required.
Preferred Certifications:
- DAU Acquisition 301 or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Military Veteran or former Civil Service
