Job Description & Program Goal:
The goal of the New Liberty Innovation School Internship Program is to provide students with a paid high quality internship experience that supports the development of employability skills and provides exposure to various career opportunities in different industries while also exercising New Liberty Innovation School Portrait of a Graduate skills in the real world.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to schedule and program requirements.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned
- Be open to feedback and working collaboratively
Requirements:
- Interns must be available to complete a 100 hour internship experience from February 1 - May 1. Minimum of 6 hours per week.
- In addition to the internship schedule interns must complete a final project connected to their internship experience and the NLIS Portrait of a Graduate Skills.
- Interns must complete all Salem Public Schools required paperwork prior to the start of their internship.
Number of openings: 7
Salary: $15.00 per hour
