Job Description: Home care administrative assistant
Position Title: CCP Supervisor
Department: Home Care Services
Reports To: Program Manager/Director of Operation
Position Summary:
Home care administrative assistant is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care services to clients enrolled in the Community Care Program. This includes ensuring compliance with state regulations providing support to caregivers and maintaining excellent client satisfaction. Home care administrative assistantplays a vital role in supervising day-to-day operations coordinating services and fostering a supportive environment for clients and staff alike
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls respond to inquiries and relay messages promptly
- Assist in preparing organizing and maintaining client files and records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail emails and correspondence
- Support the onboarding process by organizing paperwork and assisting new hires with documentation
- Assist management with reports scheduling and any specials projects as needed
- Prepare and distribute internal communication and notices
- Provide outstanding service to clients and staff demonstrating empathy and discretion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferably in healthcare or home care setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and general office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer-service-oriented mindset
- Bilingual Urdu and English is RECOMMENDED
