Clinical Manager Hospice - RN

Our client is offering the following benefits:

Annual Salary: $100000-$110000
Health Insurance-Employer Pays up to 72% of Premium
Dental and Vision Insurance
Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 Per Mile
PTO-80 hours in Your First Year

Responsibilities:

Day to Day Operations Activities and the Patient Care Staff
Oversight of Activities in Gwinnett And Surrounding Areas
Manages Case Management Staff
Serves In a Leadership Role
Receive Case Referrals
Reviews and Evaluates Each Case
Monday-Friday- 8:30 to 5:00
Will Handle After Hour Call if Arises
Will Participate in the Administrator On Call Weekly Rotation

Requirements:

Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
5 years of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience
2 Years of Leadership Experience in a Hospice or Home Health Setting
2 Years of In-Home Patient Care Experience
Familiarity with EMR systems
