Job Summary

The MSP Sales Executive is a customer facing role responsible for finding new MSPs by selling TD SYNNEX value add and onboarding them to TD SYNNEX. During the initial incubation period with the new MSP this individual will identify develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to MSP business models. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with deep knowledge of cloud security and AI solutions and a passion for enabling MSP success.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Strategy

  • Drive business growth by acquiring and onboarding new Managed Service Providers (MSPs) into the TD SYNNEX ecosystem.
  • Skilled in customer profiling and solution alignment with a strong ability to engage executive stakeholders and drive digital transformation.
  • Research and analyze MSP customer profiles to gain insight into their business models and solution requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to customize TD SYNNEXs value propositions and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior MSP executives post-onboarding to promote digital adoption and optimize platform engagement.

Sales Execution & Enablement

  • Onboarding Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts to key platforms such as StreamOne and EC Express ensuring a seamless integration experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsincluding SaaS cybersecurity marketing and sales enablementto deliver consistent messaging and articulate strong solution-oriented value propositions that resonate with MSP partners.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Stay current on emerging MSP trends technologies and shifting partner requirements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute customized go-to-market strategies tailored to various MSP business models leveraging the MSP Evolve framework to ensure alignment and impact.

Industry Representation & Internal Collaboration -

  • Represent TD SYNNEX at industry events partner councils and executive roundtables to identify and engage potential MSP partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as credit services and operations to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Collaborate with MSP Sales Specialists to align on shared ownership of customer outcomes

Organization

  • Effective organization in this role requires structured systems for managing leads customers and tasksenabling streamlined workflows that boost productivity and drive revenue growth.
  • Success hinges on setting clear sales objectives defining roles and responsibilities optimizing time management and maintaining a disciplined follow-up process.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
  • Strong relationship building at all levels of customer.
  • Strategic thinking that provokes creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong influencing behaviors and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated complex problem solving critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and using common office equipment.
  • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Skilled in negotiation and promoting/selling ideas persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently maintain confidentiality and adapt to change.
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building with diverse individuals.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent Travel Required (50%).
  • Local (in-country) travel required.
  • Professional office environment.
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
