The Opportunity

The Faculty of Engineering is seeking a highly organised Senior Academic Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support across the Quality and Academic Governance portfolio.

The role supports assessment examinations and academic integrity operations ensuring quality compliance and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating exam and multi-campus checklists Board of Examiner meetings results processing and exam viewing processes. The position also acts as the faculty interface for delegated academic integrity matters and supports accreditation activities as required.

Working closely with the Deputy Dean (Education) academic and professional staff the role contributes to the delivery of high-quality academic outcomes through strong coordination policy application and stakeholder engagement.
