Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Property Restoration (Water Mold Fire)
- Conduct on-site inspections for water mold and fire losses
- Develop detailed mitigation and demolition estimates using Xactimate
- Identify scope based on category/class of loss and industry best practices
- Prepare and submit estimates documentation photos and reports
- Communicate effectively with adjusters property managers and homeowners
- Support operations with scope clarification and change orders
- Assist with moisture mapping documentation and job file compliance
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for testing (asbestos mold lead etc.)
- Ensure estimates align with carrier guidelines and company standards
- Minimum 1yearexperience estimating mitigation/restoration work
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate (required)
- Understanding of water categories drying principles and mold protocols
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and adjuster communication
- Ability to read moisture data and field documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- IICRC Certifications (WRT ASD AMRT FSRT)
- Experience with large-loss or commercial claims
- Familiarity with SERVPRO systems and standards
