S4H EHS Lead

Position Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP PS and IM modules in the S/4HANA environment.
Handle incidents service requests and change requests related to project and investment processes.
Configure and support core processes including:

Project definition WBS elements and network activities.
Budgeting cost planning and actual cost tracking.
Settlement to internal orders cost centers and assets under construction (AUC).
Capital investment programs and appropriation requests.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to project accounting and investment management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
Assist in integration between PS/IM and FI/CO MM SD and PM modules.
Participate in testing documentation and deployment of enhancements and system changes.
Prepare functional specifications for developments and work with the technical team on implementations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls audit and financial reporting standards.
Support user training and preparation of process documentation.
Primary Skill: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Project Systems or equivalent.
Secondary Skill:
4 - 8 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM).
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (version 1709 or higher).
Good understanding of PS structures WBS elements network activities and project cost planning.
Knowledge of Investment Management processes including capital budgeting appropriation requests and AUC management.
Experience in support or enhancement projects within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of PS/IM integration with FI/CO and MM modules.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for coordination with business and technical teams.
