Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides execution support for the Business Unit SDI Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Is the point of contact for strategic business development of in-house accounts.
Assists with management of the outside representative team.
Maintains Amendments and Changes to Long Term Agreements
Assists in the improvement of the commercial performance of the BU.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for potential customers.
Identify and pursue commercial sales opportunities.
Oversee monitor account performance purchasing trends and service needs.
Success Measures
Achieve annual sales revenue targets
Maintain a strong accurate pipeline and meets forecasting expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service measured by retention and satisfaction scores.
Drives strategic growth through new opportunities account expansion and market insight.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred (Business marketing or related field)
1-3 years of prior sales experience preferred
CRM experience and master user of Microsoft Office Suite.
