Position Overview

We are seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-level students in a school setting. This role involves delivering speech and language services to children with diverse communication needs and collaborating with educational staff to support student success.

School-based experience is preferred but not required. Candidates will be reviewed by the school team prior to final selection.

30-minute unpaid lunch
37.5 billable hours per week

Requirements

Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- ESA can be expedited if needed
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Valid Washington State drivers license
Ability to travel between students homes and other job-related locations during the workday

Preferred Qualifications

Previous school-based SLP experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children
