A nationally recognized business law firm is expanding its New York finance team and is seeking a high-performing Associate (26 years) with strong experience in asset-based lending and secured finance.
This is a strategic growth hire. The firm is actively investing in its finance platform and is offering compensation at or above market for the right candidate.

You will represent:

- Multi-jurisdictional secured transactions
Associates are expected to take ownership of core drafting and negotiation responsibilities manage diligence streams and run workstreams directly with clients.
