Boeing Global Services Experienced Quality Assurance Representative

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Experienced Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne Wyoming. The first 8 to 10 months will be extensive travel to Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls Montana. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning execution and delivery of Quality products and services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills capability and experience to maximize individual and team performance.

• Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform

• Maintains Quality directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program contract customer regulatory requirements international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures

• Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems

• Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards configuration assurance related business regulatory and customer requirements

• Documents audit results in standard formats

• Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience with aircraft modifications upgrades or retrofit projects

• 5 years experience with fixed-wing and/or rotary wing aircraft platforms

• 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Willing to work variable shifts including nights

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210.1

• Technical data experience

• Avionics Experience

• AS9100 Revision D experience

• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
