Location: Phoenix AZ 85012
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $63/hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Carefor an exciting Travel or Local job in Falmouth MA.

Key Responsibilities

Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
Perform comprehensive resident assessments including admissions quarterly reviews and care planning
Support Minimum Data Set (MDS) documentation and maintain accurate clinical records
Participate in shift reports and coordinate communication with residents families and interdisciplinary teams
Provide limited supervision and guidance to nursing staff and assist with ADLs as needed
Conduct in-service training and contribute to staff development initiatives
Apply AMS (performance improvement) methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency quality outcomes and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Active Arizona RN license (required)
Open to recent graduates and candidates with less than one year of LTC or skilled nursing experience
Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles pharmacology and the aging process
Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities
Strong assessment documentation communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
