Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Commercial Heads challenging assumptions and supporting critical decisions.
- Translate business strategy into financial ambitions scenarios and trade-offs.
- Lead forecasting budgeting and multi-year strategic planning processes.
- Ensure projections are based on epidemiology-driven market models not just historical trends.
- Monitor performance versus plan and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop BPA narratives for management reviews and executive submissions.
- Analyze performance by brand channel geography and customer segment.
- Connect financial outcomes with market drivers such as pricing access and competitive dynamics.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related fields.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar complex sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into strategic insights.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and leading indirectly.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning scenario modeling and performance management.
