Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Managementis responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance repair and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues conducting regular maintenance inspections and responding to service requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
• Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks including plumbing electrical painting carpentry work and more
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
• Work alongside vendors and contractors on general upkeep projects
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment fixtures appliances structures etc.
• Maintain heating plumbing AC and other building systems.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
