Position:Full Time RN/Case Manager
Department: Wound Healing Center
Shift:0800-1630 M-F
PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager performs the primary function of an RN in assessing planning implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center (WHC). Responsible for meeting the established WHC Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients. Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. Acts within the guidelines of federal and state laws Joint Commission Standards and professional and ethical practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing and must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Must have current certification in BLS and ACLS.
- Minimum of 2 years of current med/surg experience wound care experience preferred.
