Were seeking an entry-level Junior Business Analyst who is eager to break into the data space and contribute to our team. This role combines some data entry with opportunities to analyze and model data offering a fantastic chance to grow and expand your data skills in a supportive environment. The position requires working from our Phoenix office at least 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Perform some data entry to maintain accurate and reliable reporting.
• Create visualizations and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Assist with basic data modeling and collaborate on SQL-based tasks if applicable.
• Support department managers with ad hoc data needs and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas pivot tables charts).
• Basic experience with Power BI for creating data visualizations (major plus) & Power Query
• Knowledge of data modeling or SQL is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic eager to learn and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Education:

Recent graduates or final-year students in fields such as Business Analytics Data Science Information Systems or similar disciplines are encouraged to apply.
