What Youll Do:
The Workplace Violence Investigation Specialist role is responsible for investigating reports of workplace violence (WPV) including physical assaults threats harassment intimidation and other disruptive behaviors. This specialist works collaboratively with clinical leadership legal HR and external law enforcement when needed to implement corrective action plans post-incident safety plans and recommend prevention strategies aligned with healthcare best practices and regulatory requirements. The specialist may be asked to produce written reports of incident data and follow-up to help identify trends to help further preparedness efforts.
Whats Available:
Full Time - 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
Day Shift. No weekend rotation
Starting pay of $27.00/hr and up based on your years of experience
What Youll Need:
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in investigations or workplace violence investigations.
Desired - Experience in Healthcare Security or Law Enforcement experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred and experience with de-escalation or threat assessment and crisis intervention.
Valid Drivers License
