Job Summary

Experienced Required:
- Experience in sales and customer service preferably in the firearms or LE/MIL equipment industry preferred but not required.
- Ability to use and learn Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs such as Counter Point sales system.
- Knowledge of firearms and law enforcement/first responder equipment
- Strong work ethic
- Able to perform in a goal-oriented team atmosphere
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate consistent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and adapt to guidance.
- Ability to store information in paper and digital form in an organized manner.
- Social media knowledge and proficiency.
- Graphics Design knowledge preferred but not necessary.
- JavaScript HTML CSS PHP SQL WordPress and WooCommerce knowledge.
Purpose of Position:
The Web Developer & Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the company social media strategy as well as assisting in the design and completion of any marketing material required. Design marketing materials to advertise upcoming sales and events on social media. Responsible for developing testing implementing and maintaining web-based application systems. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field (Browsers SQL HTML PHP and JavaScript etc.). Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Description of Job Duties:
- Conceptualize original website design ideas with a focus on user friendly interfaces.
- Develop implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Collaborate with Sales and Website teams.
- Advertise upcoming sales on social media.
- Plan and advertise upcoming events on social media.
- Assist Sales with promotion of products to current and new customers.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
