Responsibilities:
- Conduct Antenna Performance testing within the Santa Clara Laboratory for various device types.
- Familiar with RF test equipment/OTA testing is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Electric equipment such as Multimeter Soldering gun Power Supplies etc.
- Work within the OTA team with minimum guidance from senior team members.
- Support detailed time tracking and data entries.
- Follow a defined plan to ensure testing is completed in an efficient manner escalating any issues directly to senior team members.
- Follow processes to ensure testing is completed in a manner that allows the engineering team to provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain & update METrak (OR OTHER) database which may include and is not limited to:
- Adding customer companies/contacts information to database.
- Ensure that all information input is accurate and all relevant fields are completed.
- Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a project
- This includes correspondence/communication between EF personnel and correspondence/communication between Project Coordinator (PC) and the customer.
- Support of quality management system hardware database and Eurofins internal systems as required.
- Provide support to departments outside of the OTA team as assigned/needed.
- Additional duties as assigned/needed.

- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel/Word for data logging).
- Eager to learn and receptive to training and feedback.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a position that requires interaction with customers our sales and project coordination team. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as a team member and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires initiative judgment and professionalism and skill in composing a variety of written and electronic materials. The candidate should have excellent computer skill and superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Work Outlook Excel and Visio) and Internet Explorer.

Compensation:
- The pay range is $21.50 to $30/hr the pay can be increased for candidates with OTA testing experience.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri (8 to 10 hours/day) weekend work as needed
