Job Summary
The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics Thompson Rivers University invites applications to teach a section on Organizational Behaviour in the Winter 2026 term.
ORGB 281005 | Organizational Behaviour | Monday/Wednesday | 10:00-11:15 |
All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.
Requirements
- An MBA degree or a relevant Masters degree.
- Significant capability in the area of Organizational Behaviour as evidenced by directly related work experience and/or published research and teaching in that area.
Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:
- Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;
- Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
Please Note: If you are selected for an interview external Candidates will be required to bring a copy of their transcripts to the interview.
The selected candidate will follow a standard course outline and assessment scheme.
